A kobuci is no less than a delicious sausage bun („KOlbászos BUCI”): a toasted bun, with a base of seasoned sour cream, topped with our home-made and quickly fried sausage, and to add some freshness, tomato slices and diced cucumber complete the picture.
KOBUCI kert (KOBUCI garden) premiered in 2005, at Hungary’s biggest all-arts festival, the Valley of Arts, in Kapolcs. Thanks to the continous positive feedback, in 2008 it was one of the official venues of the Valley of Arts for the fourth time in a row.
Since the summer of 2009, KOBUCI kert is operating in Budapest’s 3rd, Óbuda district, inside the premises of the Zichy-castle. The atmosphere our guests got used to in Kapolcs is guranteed not only by keeping true to our folk-music line, but also by providing space for high standard artists of other genres.
